TEAM BONDING DAY
We share a yard with a contractor that provides us a save lock up location to house our trucks. Shop maintenance days helps keep things organized and partners happy. They also make great days to teach new skill to the assistant mechanics, reorganize the tuck tool cabinets, and give the fleet some well-deserved tender loving care after a long winter. Most of the crew works separately on their individual projects and very seldom have the chance to work together. Time to take advantage, and get in some old fashion team bonding time.
